George B. Sharpe magnificent antique large bulls head ladle, circa 1865. This stunning piece by Sharpe was made in the early to mid 1860's, as it is coin silver, and is a pattern he made for both Bailey & Co.while he was under contract with them until about 1870, and for George W. Webb & Co.. The ladle has beautiful neo classical style chasing and profiling, finishing with the wonderful figural bull's head end
