A wonderfully painted Impressionistic landscape depicting an open field with tall wild grasses with a singular tree with wonderful foliage in a barrage of polychromatic colors indicating it as an Autumnal scene.
In the distance is a row of trees appearing to line the field with wonderful blue sky with white clouds above.
Signed indistinctly, titled with size and medium on verso.
Presented with a fabric filet with a gilt finished interior trim, all within a gilt finished frame.
Condition: Good overall with an area in the right upper quadrant appearing slightly discolored and with some possible in-painting and restoration. There is a dent to the outer trim of the frame which is negligible. Despite wear the painting presents wonderfully overall.
